Funeral services for Mrs. Annie Bell Hensley, 85, of Porter, Oklahoma, were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the First Baptist Church in Porter. Mrs. Hensley died at her home Saturday, May 6, 1973, following a lengthy illness.
Born July 25, 1887 at Salem, Illinois, Mrs. Hensley had been a resident of the Porter area since 1896. She was the daughter of William Franklin Shanafelt, and Mariah E. (Legnour) Shanafelt and was married to Arthur L. Hensley. She was a member of the Baptist church.
Interment was in Porter Cemetery directed by Mallett funeral Home.
