Judith was the daughter of William (2) Woodbury and Judith Finne. Judith, the daughter, was born on November 22, 1667 in Beverly, Massachusetts. On January 2, 1689, she married Ephraim Herrick in Beverly. He was the son of Ephraim Herrick and Mary Cross, born in Beverly on August 13, 1664. The couple had three children born in Beverly by 1692. Between 1692 and 1696, they moved to Preston, Connecticut. They had six more children in Preston, including Priscilla. Both Ephraim and Judith died in Preston.
