Survivors include his wife, Phyllis; three sons, Shane Greenhaw, Scott Greenhaw and Scott Burns; two daughters, Shannon Marquis and Melissa Swearington; three brothers, Jimmy Greenhaw, Darrell Greenhaw and Steve Greenhaw; two sisters, Linda Smith and Debbie McGregor; 14 grandchildren.

Burial was in Hughes Cemetery, Barrow Hill Road,Forrest City, AR, with Thompson-Wilson Wynne Funeral Home in charge.
