Lt. Col. Ret. USAF Kenneth C. Fowler, 82, of Tifton, died Thursday, June 19, 2014, at the Rehabilitation Center of South Georgia.
Mr. Fowler was born February 19, 1932 in Tifton to the late Henry A. and Thelma Alberta Cosper Fowler. He had a distinguished military career, serving as a B-52 pilot in the United States Air Force. He was a recipient of the Air Medal, the Strategic Air Combat Crew of the Year, and a Vietnam veteran.
Mr. Fowler was a member of Fourth Street Baptist Church. He enjoyed traveling and was a member of the Airstream Club.
