Frank H. Kramer, 79, all of whose life save the last two years was spent in the vicinity of New Vienna, where he was a farmer, died at his home in this city on Monday, March 3, 1952, after a long illness. Services were held Thursday morning at 9:30 at St. Mary's church in this city, the Rev. V. T. Hovermann officiating. Burial in St. Mary's cemetery and recitation of the Rosary at the Shelly funeral home Tuesday and Wednesday evenings.
Mr. Kramer was a son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Kramer, and was born on their farm near New Vienna Oct. 20, 1872. Remaining there until two years ago, he came to Manchester, having been married on Feb. 7, 1900 to Elizabeth Hoeger of Luxemburg, Iowa, who survives him, together with three children--Gregor, William and Elmer Kramer, all of this city. Mr. Kramer was a member of St. Mary's church and died fortified by its rites.
