KELLEY - Clarabelle Belden Kelley, 73, 5602 Chestnut St., Roscoe, died Saturday, Jan. 28, 1984, in her home. Born Feb. 11, 1910, in Manchester Township, daughter of Louis and Clara Goff Belden. Married John L. Kelley in Rockford, May 3, 1930. Survivors include her husband, John L.; two sons, Michael, Roscoe, and John, Crystal Lake; a daughter, Mrs. Delone (Kathryn) Bentz, Phoenis, Ariz.; 10 grandchildren; four sisters, Mrs. Kenneth (Evelyn) Ralston and Alice Busker, both of Roscoe, Florence Reimer, Janesville, Wis. and Mrs, Burdette (Helen) Johnson, Rockford; and a brother, Robert Belden, Rockford.
Services at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 31, in ROSMAN-UEHLING-KINZER BLACKHAWK CHAPEL, South Beloit, with the Rev. Darrell English officiating. Burial in Roscoe Cemetery.
