Angie passed peacefully at her home on June 16, 2014 surrounded by her entire family.

In the early 1920's her parents, Tony and Rosa Rocchio, immigrated from Gallo Matese, Italy to Seattle, Washington. Angie arrived January 7, 1932, the youngest of four children, and grew up on their family's one acre farm in southeast Seattle, Washington.

She graduated from Franklin High School in Seattle, Washington in 1949 and began working at Lederle where she met her soon-to-be husband. On September 9, 1950 Angie married Robert "Bob" F. Lorbeski and within 12 months began raising the first of four boys.

She was a loving and dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Both Bob and Angie were always there for their family in good times and bad, providing wisdom, love, support and encouragement. Family was her number one priority and she enjoyed hosting family dinners, birthday celebrations and holiday brunches, creating long lasting family traditions.

Angie was a great force in the Skyway Community, regularly participating in activities and meetings to encourage engagement, clean up and safety. She enjoyed gardening, shopping for a bargain, walking, collecting recipes, reading novels and going to the movies, but being a mom, grandmother and most recently a great grandma to twin boys, brought her the most joy.

Angie maintained her grace and calmness in the face of virtually everything, including her illness. Angie was predeceased by her husband, Robert in 2009 and her brother, Cosmo "Tom" Rockey in 2010.

She is survived by her four children, Bob (Sue), Mike (Darla), Bill, and Jim (Renee),and her grandchildren, Nicole (Curt), Justin, Matthew and Lauren, and great Grandchildren, Cooper and Logan, her sisters Mary Donckers, Kay Thomas and many nieces nephews and friends.

Internment was at Tahoma National Cemetery in Kent, Washington.
