COBB, Douglas Gene, age 83 of Milford, formerly of Union Lake, was born January 5, 1931 in Detroit, Michigan to Lynn Cave and Zola Alice (nee: Manes) Cobb, Sr. He died June 13, 2014.

Mr. Cobb is the beloved husband of 64 years to Olive. Loving father of Steven (Leslie) Cobb, Teresa Easley, Kathryn (Dan) Studer and Barbara (Steven) Booth. Grandfather of Rebecca, Matthew, Andrew, Mike and Cyndi. Dear brother of Howard (Beverly) Cobb and Norma (Jack) Armstrong. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.

Mr. Cobb was an active member of the Commerce United Methodist Church for 50 years and sang in the choir for 40 years. He retired from Kerr Manufacturing in Romulus where he worked as a Senior Analytical Chemist. He was a US Army Veteran who served from 1952 - 1954 during the Korean War.

Funeral from Commerce United Methodist Church 1155 N. Commerce Rd. Commerce Wednesday 11 AM (In State 10 AM). Interment Oakland Hills Memorial Gardens, Novi.
