Janet Louise Isenhour Wright, age 57 of Claremont passed away on Friday, June 13, 2014 at Frye Regional Medical Center in Hickory. Born November 4, 1956 in Catawba County, she was the daughter of Boyd Kelly and Lois Stewart Isenhour. Janet was a member of United Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Larry Burchett. She is survived by her husband, James Edward Wright of the home; 2 daughters, Crystal G. Shook and Melissa G. Fisher; her parents, Boyd Kelly and Lois Stewart Isenhour; a stepson, Billy Wright; 4 grandchildren, Christopher and Cora Shook, Jacob and Drew Fisher; 2 sisters, Kathy I. Burchett and Wanda I. Fulbright; a brother, Joe Isenhour; and numerous nieces and nephews. The funeral service was held June, 16, 2014 at United Missionary Baptist Church in Claremont with Rev. Joe Shuford officiating. Burial followed in the church cemetery. Burke Mortuary in Newton was in charge of arrangements.
