SUMMERFIELD -- Doyle "Pete" F. Hudson , 81, a retired instrument technician in the aerospace industry, died June 24, 1995 at Veterans Administration Medical Center in Gainesville.

A native of Ruth, W. Va., he came here from Titusville in 1981. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Belleview. He was an avid golfer and gardener.

Survivors include his son, David L. Hudson , Summerfield; two brothers, Lyle Hudson , S. Charleston, W. Va., and Frank Hudson , St. Albans, W. Va.; sisters, Helen Carrier and Flora Fox, both of S. Charleston, W. Va., and Katherine Frazier of Titusville; and three grandchildren.

Forest Lawn Funeral Home, Ocala, is handling arrangements.
