She was born in Farnam, Neb., and moved to Salem in 1927 until settling in Neskowin in 1965.
She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and volunteered for several civic groups.
She enjoyed performing with her church band.
Survivors include her son, John of Salem; daughter, Laurel Warner-Gosnell of Beaverton; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Visiting will be 1 to 8 p.m. Monday with services at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Virgil T. Golden Funeral Service, Salem. Interment will be at Belcrest Memorial Park.
