Billie Ruth Arseneau, 86, passed away Wednesday, June 11, 2014. Memorial service: 2 p.m. Friday at Thompson's Harveson & Cole. Interment: (private) Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. Billie Ruth Cleveland was born Sept. 22, 1927, in Ivan, daughter of the late Alta Mae Hiner and Guy Franklin Cleveland. She was an art teacher at North Side High School for over 20 years. Billie was a loving and vivacious woman who was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and saw beauty in everything around her. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Joe; and her husband of 62 years, Flavin. Survivors: Her children, Guy Arseneau and wife, Debbie, Gary Arseneau and wife, Joy, and Gail Arseneau; grandchildren, Chris, Kelly, Angela, David and Austen; 14 great-grandchildren; sister, Marjie Cleveland; sister-in-law, Jessika Cleveland; and nephews and nieces.
