Mrs. Sally Bond, widow of the late Seth Bond of Beat 4 of this county died at her home on last Friday afternoon at 4 o'clock, after an illness of some length of time. Mrs. Bond was about sixty years old at her death and a life long resident of the community.
She leaves several children and a large number of other relatives in both Stone and Harrison counties.
Funeral service was held at the cemetery known as the Hatten grave yard on Saturday, following her death at which place her remains were interred.
