Sidney VanOrnam
The private family service for Sidney Arthur VanOrnam, 77, of 2291 Jubilant Ave., Medford, who died Tuesday, was held Wednesday in Hillcrest Memorial Park with Hillcrest Mortuary in charge of arrangements.
Mr. VanOrnam was born Feb. 22, 1904, in Long Beach, Calif. On Aug. 20, 1961, in Ontario, Calif., he married the former Geneva Cler, who survives.
He moved to the Medford area eight years ago and was a retired letter carrier.
He served in the U.S. Army from May 1942 until October 1945.
Survivors in addition to his wife, include three sons and three daughters.
