Offenbecker, Billy Joe Fenton, Michigan Formerly of Rhodes, MI Mr. Offenbecker, age 46 years, passed away suddenly at his home on May 17, 2006. He was born on May 27, 1959 in Bay City to William and Elizabeth (McDonald) Offenbecker. He was predeceased by his father in June of 1979. Bill was a 1977 graduate of Pinconning Area High School and received a Bachelors degree from Michigan State University in 1982. He was employed as a robotics technician at ATS Michigan in Brighton, Michigan. He was an avid bowler and loved deer hunting and camping in the fall. He also enjoyed playing slow pitch softball.
A visitation will be held Friday, May 19, from 1-9 p.m. at the Lee-Ramsay Funeral Home in Pinconning. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. at the Rhodes Missionary Church in Rhodes with visitation one hour prior to the services. Private burial will take place in Midland Memorial Gardens, Midland, Michigan. In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to the Rhodes Missionary Church, 2772 Rhodes Road, Rhodes Michigan, 48652.
