FINNEY, Charles Reid "Pete" age 91, of Kettering, passed away on Friday, June 6, 2014. Born February 12, 1923, to Joseph and Ella Inez Finney, he practiced law for over fifty years, joining his father's law firm, Miller, Finney, & Clark, upon passing the State Bar of Ohio. Rotary Club member, BZA member for over thirty-five years, his other activities included piloting small aircraft, international travel, and golf. Preceded in death by his parents, his sister Jane, his brother Joe, his first wife, Nina, his second wife, Marge, his daughter, Dana, he is survived by his daughter, Claire, and two nephews, and a niece.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00pm on Friday, June 13, 2014 at St. Albert the Great Church, 3033 Far Hills Ave., Kettering with family greeting friends one hour before the service.
