Judy K. Brubaker Jones, 50, of 58 Madison St., Hagerstown, died Sunday, April 28, 2002, at Washington County Hospital.
Born Feb. 17, 1952, in Chambersburg, Pa., she was the daughter of Clifford P. Brubaker Sr. of Hagers-town, and the late Ruth N. Pensinger Brubaker.
She was employed at the Maryland Correctional Institution, Hagerstown, where she worked for the Correctional Medical Services Department.
She was a member and co-founder of Emmanuel Chapel, Smithsburg.
In addition to her father, she is survived by her husband of 25 years, Michael L. Jones; one son, Monti W. Jones of Hagerstown; one daughter, Vanessa L. Jones of Hagerstown; two brothers, Clifford P. Brubaker Jr. of Chambersburg, Pa., and Dave L. Brubaker of Raleigh, N.C.; one sister, Patricia A. Burkett of Smithsburg; and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one grandson, Javone P. Sears.
Services will be Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at Gerald N. Minnich Funeral Home, North Potomac Street, Hagerstown. The Rev. Jonathan D. Laye will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Lawn Cemetery, Hagerstown.
