John David "Johnny" Addison, 34, of the Village of Leesburg, Perry Highway, Volant, went to be with Jesus on Monday at Grove City Medical Center following an extended illness.
He was the son of Rosemary Lee Moon Addison and the late John Francis Addison.
He was of the Protestant faith and enjoyed watching TV, eating "sweets" and listening to music.
Survivors include his mother, Rosemary L. Addison at home; his seven aunts; his five uncles, and his numerous cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Addison - The family of John David "Johnny" Addison, who passed away Monday, June 2, 2014, will receive friends at the Smith Funeral Home, Village of Leesburg, 1778 Perry Highway, Volant, from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday and from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Friday.
Funeral services will beat the funeral home at 11 a.m. Friday with the Rev. Tim Britton, pastor of the West Sunbury United Nazarene Church, presiding.
Interment will be in West Sunbury Union Cemetery.
