Born in Dolina, Poland he grew up in Devonshire, NJ and lived in Hammonton most of his life. He graduated from Hammonton High School Class of 1930 with High Honors. He was a co-owner of Morgan's Pump and Tank Co. in Hammonton. He was a member of St. Joseph's Holy Name Society and a member of the St. Vincent Pallotti Knights of Columbus Council #2471.
He is survived by his wife of 72 years: Stella (nee Leonard) Farren; one son: Jack Farren (Rita); one daughter: Barbara Coia (Joseph) all of Hammonton; one sister: Elizabeth Ripple of Barrington; three grandchildren: Jack Farren (Donna); Bethanne Macrie (Paul, III) and Loralee Bermudez (Ryan) and four great grandchildren: Paul & Matthew Macrie; Desiree Farren and Rylee Bermudez.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday 11:00AM at St. Martin de Porres Church, N. Egg Harbor Road & Park Ave. Hammonton, where a viewing will be held from 10:00AM until 11:00AM. Entombment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, Mays Landing.
