She was born January 31, 1918 in Wilkes County to the late Schuyler C. Davis and Neoma McCarter Davis. She was a Homemaker and of the Baptist Faith. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Sidney Leonard. She is survived by her daughter Linda Carol Steelman of Youngsville, NC. A grave side service will be held on a later date at Guildford Memorial Park, Greensboro, NC.
