She was born on February 16, 1936 in New Burlington, OH, the daughter of Homer Ray and Helen (Graham) Knisley.
Mrs. Earles was a member of the Lighthouse Tabernacle. She enjoyed watching Jimmy Sweigert and many other relgious programs on television.
Phyllis had been employed as a nurses aid at Community Hospital.
She was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Debra Sue; two sisters, Nancy Monahan and Norma Wright and her parents.
