Mrs. Eliza Lindner, 89, of R. 1, Kiel, died Sunday at Calumet Memorial Hospital, January 5, following a lengthy illness.

The former Eliza Fritz was born Dec. 8, 1879, in the town of Forest, the daughter of the late John and Caroline Fritz.

On May 1, 1900 she married Edward Lindner at Calumetville. Her husband died in 1956.

Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Louis (Loretta) Ibe and Mrs. Edwin (Myra) Sievert both of Kiel, Mrs. Kenneth (Stella) Olson, Valders and Mrs. Frank (Viola) Peters, Chilton; eight grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren. Two sisters and four brothers preceded her in death.

Funeral services were held at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, Chilton, with the Rev. Quentin Moeschberger, pastor of Ebenezer United Church of Christ, officiating. Burial was in the Hillside Cemetery.
