Services for Oleta Gilmore, 86, of Abernathy will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Abernathy First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Jesse Nave officiating.
Burial will be in Abernathy Cemetery under the direction of Abell Funeral Home.
She died Friday, Dec. 17, 1999, at University Medical Center.
She was born Feb. 11, 1913, in Erath County. She married Arlie Gilmore in January 1936. He died January 1975. She moved to Abernathy from Petersburg in 1975, to Littlefield in 1997 and to Lubbock in March 1999. She was a member of Abernathy First United Methodist Church.
Survivors include a son, Don of Lubbock; a daughter, Geneva Lynn of Littlefield; a sister, Doris Booth of Hobbs, N.M.; two brothers, Walter Driver of Gail and Warren Driver of Brownwood; five grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-granddaughter.
