MOBILE AL- Susan Tift McGough passed away May 11, 2014 at the age of 93.
Memorial services will be held in Oakview Cemetery in Albany, GA on Saturday, June 7, 2014.
Susan was born in Kingstree, S.C. and spent her childhood in Albany, Georgia. She has resided in the Mobile, Al. area for the last 40 years.
Susan graduated from Albany High School and attended Washington Seminary in Atlanta, Ga., Huntington College and Georgia State College for Women.
Preceding her in death were her parents Sam and Ona Tift, her husband Henry Dawson McGough and a brother Richard Tift.
She is survived by her children Ona Gilbert (Bob), Betsy Rumpp (Bill), Susan McCall (Dan), Bob McGough (Tina), brother Robert Tift (Sarah), 12 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
A family burial will be held at Oakview Cemetery, June 7th.
