Survivors include his wife, Helen one daughter, Mary Folks, four sons, Cecil Folks Jr., Ray Folks Sr., Carl Folks, and Roger Folks, four sisters, Frances Hefner, Christine Doss, Gladys Zimmerman and Betty Thompson, three brothers, Earl Folks, Tommy Folks, and Chuck Folks, nine grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
He retired from Eureka Williams Corp.
Mr. Folks was in the U.S. Army Cavalry during World War II. He was a member of the Salvation Army.
He will be beloved forever.
