Carma Rose Summarell Moffat age 67 died on Thursday August 1, 2013 in SLC UT. She was born on October 8, 1945 in SLC UT. Grew up in Park City, UT and attended Park City High School and continued her education receiving a degree in business management.

Carma was a member of Alcoholics Anonymous since 1975, with 34 years of continuous sobriety. She was a member of The Assembly of God Church where she found her Lord and savior Jesus Christ. Over the years she worked as a drug and alcohol councilor where she was fondly called the Dragon Lady, she later worked as a DUI Instructor and Court Liaison for drug and alcohol rehab. Her greatest passion and mission was to carry the message of God, experience, strength and hope to the suffering Alcoholic and addict. Her compassion and strait forward no nonsense approach to recovery has significantly impacted the lives of countless people. Her Legacy will be passed on for years to come.

She is survived by her son Clifford his wife Tammy, daughter Tonya her husband Nathan, four grand children and ten great grand children. Brother Tom and Sisters Naomi and Marry.
She was preceded in death by her parents Harvey and Ouita Summarell, Brother Cecil and sisters Callie and Pat.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday August 8, 2013 at Life Church 3818 W 4700 S SLC, UT. Viewing will be held from 10:00 am -11:00 am with funeral at 11:00 am. Interment will be at Cedarview Cemetery, Highway 121, Roosevelt, UT.
