Dr. Robert W. Stephens of Lima, Ohio, who has been at the home of his son, the late Dwight B. Stephens, passed away at 9:30 Wednesday evening, at the ripe age of 87.  He was one of those sturdy pioneers of Pennsylvania, later he moved to Ohio.  The widow and two sons and a legion of friends survive.

Rev. Foulks officiated at the services which were conducted by W. C. Rawson at the Stephens home this morning.

Former Well Known Lima Man Answers Summons in New Mexico

Doctor Robert Stephens, for thirty years a dentist of Lima previous to his retirement three years ago, died Wednesday night in Deming, New Mexico, where he has been making his home. He was the father of Lou P. Stephens of Lima, but who is now in Michigan.  Mrs. Lou P. Stevens, No. 737 W. Elm Street, received word of the death yesterday morning.

Dr. Stephens was 80 years old.  He died of heart trouble.  The body may be accompanied to Lima or Mt. Vernon, also his former home.  He leaves the wife and also a son in Deming, Dr. F. S. Stephens.
