Christopher Randall Burtt, cherished son, brother, cousin, grandson, and father, of Hesperia, Ca. passed away at his home on Tuesday April 5, 2011. He was born on May 13, 1977 in Garden Grove, Ca. As a child, Christopher was raised in Chino, Ca. with his father and mother, Randy and Debbie. In 1979 his little sister, Lauren was born. The family then moved to Norco, where both the kids were raised. On weekends, the family spent fun times together; motorcycle riding in Glamis and taking trips with the camper. On one occasion in the early 80's the family went to visit Christophers' Great Grandma Dustin on the farm in Victor, Idaho. Christopher really enjoyed his family trips. Christopher loved music, motorcycles, his tools, and literally had a natural ability to fix just about anything. Christopher enjoyed boating at the river, riding dirt bikes, his family, and going to work. Christopher was passionate about everything he put his mind to, and it was always done the right way, Christopher graduated with honors from Chaffey College for aviation. He started his career at Sky West in Palm Springs, Ca. Christopher was always moving forward and trying to improve himself. He left Skywest and began working for Southern California Logistics Airport in Victorville, Ca. In 2004, Christopher moved to the high desert and purchased his first home in Hesperia, Ca. Once again, Christopher applied for and was accepted to his dream job at Edwards Air Force Base in Palmdale, Ca. Christopher was very proud of his job at Edwards. Chris honorably served his country by tediously keeping our service members plane engines running perfectly, like only Christopher could do. Christopher always wanted a family, and 6 months ago, he was blessed with his first son, Logan Christopher Burtt. Christopher had plans to purchase and was in the process of buying a new home for his family. Christopher leaves behind his fiance, Amy Stone, and her five children; Ben, Hailey, Megan, Ethan and Kathy, who forever changed his life and made him truly happy. Christopher is proceeded in death by his Grandma, Betty Lou Dustin and his cousin Lermont Smith Jr. Christopher is survived by his son, Logan Christopher Burtt, his loving parents Randy and Cathey Burtt, Tim and Debbie Sutorus. Chris has two sisters, Lauren Decker and Taylor Sutorus and his brother in law, Danny Decker, two step-sisters, Laura and Jen Russell. His Grandparents, Wayne and Mildred Burtt and Dent Dustin. Chris also leaves behind his many aunts, uncles, numerous cousins and an endless amount of friends and his two dogs, Alee and Walker. We will always love and keep Christopher in our hearts forever.
