Survived by widow, Willie Mae Bishop Henley, three daughter Mrs. G. E. Rushing, Collierville, Mrs. C. T. Bausch and Mrs. Reuben Volman, Memphis, one son, James Arthur Henley, Memphis, one brother Hammond Henley Cleveland Ohio, two sister Mrs Effie Lou Bell, Dyersburg and Mrs. Ella Tabor, Lake city Ark., thirteen grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren. Burial memorial Park, Memphis funeral Home
