Mary A. Sistek, 78, of Springdale Township, formerly of Verona, died Friday (May 17, 2002) in Highlands Center, Genesis ElderCare Network, Brackenridge.
She was born June 17, 1923, in Verona.
Miss Sistek was a former member of St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Verona.
Survivors include two brothers, Frank J. Sistek of Springdale and Donald E. Sistek of Springdale Township.
Also surviving are three sisters-in-law Louis Gaggiotti, Alvera Sistek and Betty Jane Sistek.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Loretta Henneman Sistek; and a sister, Mildred Gaggiotti.
Friends and relatives will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday in BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME INC., family owned and operated, 421 Allegheny Ave., Oakmont. Christian Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Joseph Church, Verona.
Burial will follow in Verona Cemetery, Oakmont.
