Mr. Walker is the father of 3 children, one of them being my best friend in my younger years. He was from Kansas but lived most of his life in CA. He owned and operated a small restaurant in El Monte during the late 40's and early 50's. He was a milkman for Driftwood Dairies in El Monte. He loved to garden in his later years and grew many vegetables. He stood straight and tall till the end. Frank was very alert and loved a good conversation right til the end. A wonderful gentleman.
