She was born Dec. 20, 1964, in Peoria to Harold and Sharon (Castle) Adams.
Surviving are her father, Harold of Hanna City; two sisters, Shelly (Jeffrey) Lashley of Peoria and Kimberly Schneider of Dunlap; and brother, Timothy (Elaine) Adams of Germantown Hills.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Sharon, on March 19, 2014.
Debra loved animals and operated her own pet nanny business.
Cremation has been accorded.
