Louise Eleanor (Grouse) Alexander, born on 1 October 1893 at Savannah, Georgia, the daughter of Louis E. Grouse and Eleanor Solomon (Hyams) Grouse, died on 25 September 1932 at Manhattan, New York, and was buried three days later at Laurel Grove Cemetery (North) in Savannah, Georgia. Her parents and four siblings preceded her in death. Her husband, Louis E. Grouse, whom she married on 25 November 1920 at the Hotel Majestic on W. 72nd Street in Manhattan; their two children, Maurice Alexander Jr. and Louis Alexander; and a brother, Henry C. Grouse, survived her.
