Marie Y. Roby, age 83, passed away October 26, 2000 in Salt Lake City.

Born September 18, 1917 in Showlow Arizona, daughter of Lula Whipple and Don Young.

Survived by her children, Paul D Larsen, Denver Colorado, Pauline M Hammond, Aurora Colorado, Lyla L. Hansen, Camden, New York; brothers, Don L. Young of Springville, Utah, Voyle M. Fairbanks of Minden, Nevada; sister, Zella Heineman of Kearns, Utah; sister-in-law, Ellen W. Young of Spanish Fork, Utah; and Sydney Eliason of Salt Lake City, Utah. Marie was blessed with six grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by husband Charles A Roby, mother, father, two sons LaMar and Donald Allinson, brother Floyd Young, sister Laura Rutledge and two great grandchildren.

Special thanks to Hospice For Utah and Margaret Buss for their loving care.

Services will be Monday, October 30, 2000 at 11 a.m. at Larkin Sunset Gardens Mortuary Chapel 10600 South 1700 East, Sandy, Utah where friends and family may call Sunday October 29, 2000 4-6 p.m. and Monday one hour prior to services.
