Carl W. (Carlo) Petrone, 81 of 416 McCormick Ave., died early today at Connellsville State General Hospital. He was born Feb. 8, 1903 in Connellsville, son of the late Frank and Mary Theresa Mantell Schiavoni Petrone. He was a lifelong resident of Connellsville, and retired in 1968 from Anchor Hocking Corp. with more than 25 yrs. service. He was a member of the GBBA. Surviving are his wife, Margaret Siesky Petrone , with whom he celebrated his 59th wedding anniversary on May 1, 1984; three sons, Ralph E., Paul W., and Richard H. Petrone, all of Connellsville; a daughter, Mrs. Edward (Mary Margaret) Peck of Lemont Furnace; 12 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Mrs. Virginia Finlon of Pittsburgh and Mrs. Amelia Hare of Orlando, Fl. He was predeceased by his step-father Argo Schiavoni; an infant daughter; and two brothers D.J. and Raymond Mario Schiavoni.
