Mrs. Jane SYMONS died this morning. Born in Golzithney, Eng., more than 76 years ago. With her husband she moved to Canada where Mr. SYMONS was killed in a mine accident.
After her husband's death came to Fairfield in 1866. She has since lived in Jefferson County. Her only daughter Anna, died four years ago. Survived by four brothers: J. W. SAMPSON of Weldon, Iowa; Thomas SAMPSON of Ottumwa; Gideon of Stuttgart, Ark., and William of Villisca, Ia.... Methodist Church.
