Julia Rosalyn Steinmeyer Glenn, 84, of Spartanburg, SC, died Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House in Rock Hill, SC. Born October 10, 1929 in Hendersonville, NC, she was the daughter of the late Victor Samuel and Rebecca Pauline Case Steinmeyer and widow of the late Charles "Pete" Harrison Glenn.

Mrs. Glenn was a retired registered nurse with the Greenville Hospital System and a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church.

Survivors include her daughters, Becky Hawkins (Tom), of Spartanburg and Jennifer "Jenny" Glenn of Rock Hill, SC; son, Charles "Chuck" Harrison Glenn Jr. of Spartanburg; three grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild and sisters, Sylvia Sue Sherman of Marshall, NC, Patricia "Patsy" Ann Edwards of Clarkesville, GA, and Sandra Victoria Jones of Swannanoa, NC. She was predeceased by a sister, Betty Jane Singer.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, May 23, 2014, at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Rd., Spartanburg, SC 29307, conducted by Rev. Jason A. Lee. Visitation will follow the service at the graveside.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House, 2275 India Hook Road, Rock Hill, SC 29732.
