Gene and Darlene Sell of Caldwell died Monday, Jan. 15, 2007, near Caldwell. Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 19, at Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Caldwell.
Darlene was born March 8, 1939, in Gladstone, Ore., a daughter of Wilfred and Frances Valet Coop. Gene was born July 3, 1933, in Cherryville, Ore., a son of August and Carolyn Smith Sell.
They were married Aug. 22, 1963. They lived in various states including Illinois, Oregon and Washington. In 1986 they moved to the Treasure Valley where they have since resided. Gene was a truck driver for many years and Darlene went on the road with him when possible. They enjoyed the outdoors and camping together.
They are survived by their children, Richard and Vicki Nienburg, Rhonda and Patty Nienburg, Ray and Nancy Nienburg, Roberta and Scott Frazier, Randal and Heather Zell, Ramona Husfloen and Rachelle Sell. Brothers and sisters, Harold Coop, James Coop, Ellen Carkhuff, Vi Dow, Carol Hamson, Marcella Sell.
