In 1966, Barb and Clark welcomed the birth of their first child, Clark. In 1969, Clark's career took the family to Griffith, IN, where they were blessed with twin daughters, Michele and Melinda, in 1972. In 1976, Barb, Clark and family moved to nearby Schererville, IN. Barb enjoyed spending time playing bridge with friends. She also enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, movies, golf, tennis, traveling and spending time with family. Barb always prepared Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve dinner for the family. She enjoyed cooking and was very generous to all.
She is survived by her husband of nearly 50 years, Clark; son, Clark (Holly) St. John; daughters: Melinda (Pete) Sotelo, Michele Kriner; sisters: Mary Elizabeth Maxon, Elizabeth (Jack) Shaw; grandchildren: Zach, Brian, Brooke, Caitlin, Joey, Cody, Ray, Colton; and many nieces and nephews.
At only 69, Barbara was taken way too soon. Interment will take place at Chapel Lawn Cemetery in Schererville, IN.
