Sergeant Williamson was killed near Brownsville while giving aid to tornado victims. He wss en-route to Dyersburg when a second tornado picked up his patrol car and threw it 300 feet. He was killed when the vehicle struck the ground. Sergeant Williamson was survived by his wife.
