In addition to his parents, Mr. Wright was preceded in death by his first wife, Margaret Lorene Vickery Wright; son, Carl Wright; brothers, Hubert and Cecil Wright; sisters, Ethel Balentine, Myrtle Vickery, Ollie Weeks and Wylodean Craig.
Mr. Wright was retired from TVA, was a farmer and enjoyed raising mules and fox hunting. He served his country in the United States Army during World War II, receiving a Purple Heart. Mr. Wright was a member of the Cornerstone Church in Collinwood, Tennessee.
