Asa McConnell, 75 Died Wed. After Lingering Illness
Asa McConnell passed away Wednesday at his home at 818 Fourth street at the age of 75 years, one month and 23 days. He had been bedfast for the past two and half years due to a cerebral hemorrhage.
He leaves to mourn his death, besides his wife, Anna, seven children, Mr. Ruth Kirkendall, Nevada, Mrs. Mable Lee, Algona, Glenn, Nevada, Fred, Nevada, Mrs. Helen Parish, Chicago, Maurice, Hawaii, and Betty, Woodward.
The body will lie in state at the Morfoot funeral home where the services will be held Friday at 10 a.m.
