Mrs. C. A. Blake died at her home in this city Thursday morning of last week. She was afflicted with no particular disease and succumbed as a result of general debility and old age. She was born in the state of Vermont eighty four years ago and was a resident of this state thirty one years. She is survived by two sons, A. H. Blake of this city, and M. L. Blake of Volga City. The funeral services were held at 10 a.m. last Saturday morning at the house, Rev. H. O. Pratt and Rev. H. W. Tattle officiating.
