She was preceded in death by her husband Lawrence J. West, parents Lucille (Hudspeth) and Arthur Adair Jr., sister Carolyn Sallengs and brother Donald Adair.
She is survived by her daughters Lori L. Weatherly, sons James L. West, Michael L. West (Susan) and David A. West (Terry); companion Robert Kowadla; brother James Adair (Jenny); three grandchildren Nathan, Shawn and Shayne and 17 nieces and nephews.
Funeral service: 1 p.m. Saturday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, 2 -8 p.m. at the funeral home.
