Mrs. Louiza Estella Brady, 81, widow of Charles Brady, died Tuesday morning at Culver Hospital. She had been in failing health several months and seriously ill two weeks. Born September 12, 1869, in Tompkinsville, Ky, Mrs. Brady was the daughter of Benjamin and Fannie Williamson Burks. She was a member of the New Salem, KY Baptist Church. Her husband died Sept 2, 1932. Mrs. Brady, who made her home with a daughter, Mrs. Oma Dell Jackson, 102 Garfield Street, was a resident of this city 30 years. Surviving besides the daughter are another daughter, Mrs. Lockyann Jackson of Lafayette; 3 sons, James Brady, Clyde Brady and Estel Brady, all of Crawfordsville; several grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sons. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon at Proffitt & Sons Funeral Home, with burial at Masonic Cemetery. Rev. H.W. Steen will officiate.
