Wolfgang Veeck Averill, 36, of 5716 Old Buncombe Road, Lot 31, died Tuesday, Oct. 5, 2004.
Born in Hattiesburg, Miss., he was the son of Mildred Parker Averill, of Travelers Rest, and the late Gilbert B. Averill Sr.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his brother, Gilbert Brant Averill Jr., and his wife, Lisa; two nephews, Cory and Eric Averill, all of Sicily; paternal grandmother, Yvonne Averill, of Cooperstown, N.Y.; and a special family friend, Jesse Seagraves.
Memorial services will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. at The Howze Mortuary Chapel.
The Howze Mortuary, Travelers Rest, is in charge of arrangements.
