Oscar was an Administrative Assistant to the superintendent of the United States Postage Service, a member of the Agonia Club, the National Association of Letter Carriers (NALC), and a World War I veteran.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Jennie Zeller and brother, David Zeller.
Ocar is survived by his wife, Mary Marguerite "Marge" Zeller; daughter, Constance Boytin, two sons, Stanley Zeller, Herbert Zeller; eight grandchildren,; two sisters, Ruth Howard, Violet Zeller; and brother, Robert Zeller.
