Christine Alexander Anglin, 73, of Berea, died at her residence on Sunday, August 14, 2016. She was a life-long resident of Madison County born December 2, 1942, daughter of the late Arthur and Dora Laws Alexander, homemaker and member of the Holiness Faith.
Survivors include 3 children, Ollie (Donnie) Damrell, Bobby (Kari Morris) Anglin, Roger Anglin; son-in-law, Darrin VanWinkle; grandchildren, Marty Damrell, Kimberly Kirby, Kristie Shearer, Andrew VanWinkle; great-grandchildren, Logan Kirby, Abbigail Kirby, Katie Shearer, Kyle Shearer; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and church family.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Andy Anglin; 4 children, Charles Anglin, Earnest Anglin, Francis Anglin, Peggy VanWinkle; and 10 siblings, Brady Alexander, Dessie Alexander, Mamie Alexander, Lena Lamb, Polly Jackson, China Clemmons, Rosie Jackson, Letcher Alexander, Vinson Alexander, John Alexander.
Funeral Service 2:00 pm, Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at Red Lick Holiness Church with Bro. Artie Alexander and Bro. Dwight Northern officiating. Visitation after 5:00 pm, Tuesday at the church. Pallbearers will be: Brady Alexander, Benny Alexander, Eugene Alexander, Daniel Alexander, Shawn Kirby and Darrin VanWinkle. Honorary Pallbearers will be: Bobby Anglin, Roger Anglin, Marty Damrell and James Lamb.
