Christopher "Chris" Vincent Bennett, 50, of Scranton, SC passed away Wednesday, May 7, 2014 after an illness. He was born October 28, 1963 in Florence, SC to the late Alphonso Bennett and the late Mary Irene Matthews Bennett.
Chris is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Richard Bennett.
He is survived by his wife, Donna Moore Bennett of Scranton; two children, Zachary Christopher Bennett and Mary-Madison Bennett both of Scranton; two sisters, Tamara (Bill) Rhodes of Scranton and Kem (Greg) Anderson of Warner Robbins, GA; a sister-in-law, Jean Bennett of Lake City and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 PM Friday, May 9, 2014 at Brockington Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, May 10, 2014 at Brockington Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Camp Branch Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery.
