After an illness of two weeks duration, Mrs. Alfred Foslien, of Moe, died from pneumonia on Friday last. Her death is pathetic but from His will there is no appeal, and she passed to her final reward at a time when life seemed sweetest. In the full flush of womanhood and motherhood, when the path of life was radiant with the sunshine of contentment and the care of a God-given trust, her children and home, rested upon her shoulders, and to her it was a pleasant task, the Voice called and the summons was answered.
Mrs. Alfred Foslien was but 31 years of age and was the mother of 6 children, the youngest but 10 weeks old. To her husband and motherless children the hearts of all throb in a unison of sympathy. Their bereavement passes words that fail of expression. The funeral was held from the Lutheran Church at this place on Monday, the Rev. Larson of Fergus Falls preaching the sermon.
